1. Scope of Work

Information on this site is provided for general overview purposes. All consulting, advisory, and build services are governed strictly by individual, executed Statements of Work under our Master Services Agreement.

2. Diagnosis vs. Treatment

Initial 30-minute fit calls are complimentary and non-binding. Any technical advisory, architecture review, or custom build work constitutes billable professional services and must be scoped in writing before it begins.

3. Intellectual Property

Brand marks, the design of this site, and published benchmarks are owned by Matt Simmons, doing business as Arte Mentis. Client background IP and deliverable ownership are defined in individual client agreements.
